Finding the right balance between effective cartel detection and legal procedure, new trends in the sanctions policy – these and other topics will be discussed during the second International Competition Law Forum

The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has decided to convene, in cooperation with the Warsaw School of Economics, the 2^nd International Competition Law Forum to be held on September 27^th, 2012 in Warsaw.

The conference will be devoted to recent and expected developments in the field of competition law. The event will cover the issue of procedural fairness and its place in effective cartel detection, new trends in the fining policy, as well as selected aspects of the review process of antitrust decisions.
