UOKiK's rules for contact with enterprises

Open dialogue, direct communication with enterprises and transparency of activities - these are UOKiK's key principles. In order to follow these principles in its daily work and ensure enterprises have access to information, UOKiK laid out general rules according to which direct contact between the Authority and an enterprise can occur. Guidelines can be found in the newly published document - "Rules for Contact with enterprises", available in Polish and English.
