UOKiK's consent for WB Electronics

The President of UOKiK has issued her consent for taking control over Radmor by WB Electronics
WB Electronics manufactures technologically advanced products in the area of military electronics such as command systems, communication as well as data processing. Radmor operates in the market segment of defence industry within communication. It manufactures and sells inter alia reception and transmission equipment.
Under the existing regulations, a transaction is subject to a notification submitted to the antitrust authority if the transaction participants' combined turnover in the year preceding the notification exceeded 1 billion euro worldwide or 50 million euro in Poland
Having conducted antitrust proceedings, the President of UOKiK has decided that the concentration shall not significantly restrict competition.
Under the existing regulations, a transaction is subject to a notification to the antitrust authority if the combined worldwide turnover of undertakings participating in the concentration in the financial year preceding the year of the notification exceeds the equivalent of EUR 1 000 000 000, or EUR 50 000 000 in Poland.
We would also like to inform that information on all antitrust proceedings concerning conentrations carried out by UOKiK, is available at the Office’s website.
