New President of UOKiK

Today the Prime Minister Donald Tusk appointed Adam Jasser for the position of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection
Secetary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Adam Jasser will replace Małgorzata Krasnodębska-Tomkiel on the position of the President of UOKiK.
The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection is the central organ of public administration, directly subordinate to the Prime Minister and appointed by the PM from amongst candidates selected by way of an open and competitive recruitment procedure.
Adam Jasser is the seventh President of Polish Authority responsible for competition and consumer protection.
