The President of UOKiK has issued an approval of a concentration which will result in Eldorado SA taking over direct control over the BOS company and indirect control over the companies from its capital group

Eldorado from Lublin and BOS from Białystok are companies operating in the sector of wholesale and retail trade in food products, domestic detergents and cosmetics. Yesterday Eldorado received the approval of the President of UOKiK for the purchase of 100% of BOS shares. All shares acquired by Eldorado are registered and are not admitted for public trading.

The analysis of the concentration results, carried out by the Office, had shown that the takeover would not restrict competition, in particular through the establishment or strengthening of a dominant position on the market.
